At our Villa 8 Salon & Spa, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service we can offer. That is why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their experience.
CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS
We understand that sometimes you may not be able to come to your appointment. If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment.
If you fail to cancel before 24 hours, you will automatically be charged a cancellation fee of 25% of your treatment price.
If you fail to come to your appointment without notifying us, you will automatically be charged a no-show fee of 50% of your treatment prices for the inconvenience.
Villa 8 Salon & Spa is a very popular place which means we are usually booked to capacity. If you arrive late to your appointment without contacting us beforehand, we can not guarantee we will be able to give you the complete allocated time since we do not want to keep our other clients waiting unnecessarily.
SERVICE GUARANTEE & REFUNDS
Services received cannot be refunded. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, please return to the salon so it can be visually inspected. At the time, we will make every effort to correct any problems to your satisfaction by rescheduling you with the stylist who performed the initial service, at no additional charge to you.
Refunds for products purchased at the salon will only be considered within 7 days of purchase. products can only be refunded if unused and in it's original packaging. for all products refunds, proof of purchase is necessary.
For your comfort an safety, please notify our specialists if you have any allergies, any physical issues and disabilities, or if you are pregnant. If you experience any discomfort or other symptoms during your treatment, please alert your therapist immediately.
Information collects from our booking page or website is only used if we need to contact you for further information regarding your appointment. only employees with traceable logins have access to your appointment, contact information and payment history. Your information is never sold or shared and is always kept private for your protection.
